HUD Foundation Engineering Certification

This certification verifies that your home’s foundation meets U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) standards per the Permanent Foundations Guide for Manufactured Housing (HUD-4930.3G, September 1996).

A licensed professional engineer reviews the installation for structural stability, proper anchoring, footings, drainage, and resistance to wind, seismic, and other loads. This is often required for FHA, VA, USDA, or certain conventional loans when buying, selling, or refinancing.

If compliant, we provide a stamped Engineer’s Foundation Certification letter for your lender. If needed, we’ll recommend clear steps to achieve compliance.
