Silver Hammer Inspections is AMAZING! We are currently in Henderson, NV and moving to Prescott, AZ so buying a house out of state has been difficult. Silver Hammer made it SO much easier on us and our Inspector Tim gave us such a peace of mind about our purchase! Although there were tons of maintenance issues on the house we are buying, Tim made sure to let us know that there were no MAJOR issues like foundation cracking, bad roof or just really bad electrical or plumbing.

Having a professional inspector on a new home purchase is essential, especially when one lives 500 miles away. These guys were great! We relocated from California to Northern AZ last month. When we sold our house in CA we had all of our inspections done before listing the house. Our home inspection was not only much more expensive, but not nearly as thorough as Silver Hammer.

We are now in escrow to buy a home in AZ. Matt came to the house with two other guys, not just one like in CA. They were very thorough! I mean they checked every little latch, knob, faucet, button, utility, drainage, hinge, surface, floor, switch, vent, filter, outlet, socket... Well you get the idea!

The report arrived within the hour of their departure after a very detailed post inspection walkthrough. The report included videos along with lots of photos.

I called Tim and scheduled my home inspection and termite inspection, with Silver Hammer Inspections.. I arrived at the property at the end of the inspection and he went through the entire property showed me all main utility locations and where to turn them off if needed Tim then went step by step showing me pictures and videos with arrows showing me where corrections needed to be made.. Excellent home inspection company if all their employees are anything like Jeremy Noland. Very professional and through with his home inspection. A very detailed 58 page report with pictures and videos of all the work and highlighting the areas of concern as well of all that was good in the home. I am currently buying the home that silver hammer inspected.
I am currently selling a home, not in the Prescott area, the home inspection was not nearly as detailed as silver hammer, same information but Jeremy was much more detailed with the report. We also received an hour walk through of the inspection he had just done. Again, very professional and detailed. Jeremy never looked hurried or anxious to leave until all our questions were answered.

Jeremy provided inspection services for 2 separate properties I was considering for purchase. I have owned several homes and this was the most comprehensive, professional and thorough inspection service I have ever received. Jeremy provided extensive walkthroughs and pointed things out with explanations in terms I could understand as a layperson. It was extremely helpful to have a visual of items vs just reading a written report. He additionally called me regularly to follow up on status of items to be addressed. These guys rock! They were extremely thorough, apologizing to *me* for having to take extra time to make sure everything possible was seen instead of just rushing through. Also went above and beyond to inspect a property that was a complete disaster and totally filled up with junk. Jeremy performed an outstanding inspection and, as we were out of town, he emailed us the report that afternoon and, then, talked with us on the telephone after we had read it. Then, after answering all our questions, he said to be sure and call him if other questions/concerns arose. We certainly appreciated his sincerity and willingness to be of further assistance.

Matt was prompt, courteous, thorough and a good communicator. I recommend him and would not hesitate to use him again. Even when we could not get in the house he was patient and helpful.

We recently purchased a townhouse in Prescott. We were very happy with the inspection and report. Although the roof is covered by the HOA, Matt climbed up on it to tell us it needed replaced. He found wasps nests in the attic and quite a few other issues that helped us become informed buyers. I think he did an excellent job with our inspection overall and we would recommend him to others.
